Entering his third season in his current role and his 12th overall with the program, Gaines – who played for the Tar Heels from 2007-11 and served on Mike Fox’s staff from 2012-15 – reflects on his first two years back in Chapel Hill before breaking down UNC’s 2022 staff, including a few potential breakout candidates.
